Customers can cancel their booking and receive a full refund so long as this is done with at least 48 hours notice before your trip is due to commence. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled trip you will not receive a refund. Clyde Charters reserves the right to amend, change, modify or cancel any boat trip at any time. All of our boat trips are subject to weather, tide and local conditions. In these circumstances we will issue a full refund. Refunds take 5-10 working days.
Tickets for trips can be purchased and paid for online via our online booking system on our website.
Please ensure you enter the correct email address as any errors will result in your booking confirmation being sent to the wrong email.
Please join us at the meeting point 5-10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Yes but ONLY on Private Charters, well behaved dogs are allowed onboard although they must be kept on a lead and any mess made on the boat must be cleared by the owner.
Pregnant people are welcome at your own risk.
Yes, however it is not a disabled toilet.
We only allow alcohol onboard on Private Charters, provided that you drink responsibly. Our staff has the right to stop any alcohol consumption if deemed necessary.
Yes, however on our trips lasting over an hour we do recommend ages over 2.
No sadly we are not wheelchair accessible.
